Stuck in Wonderland

When my mind is stuck with a certain theme, that's it for me. All images I produce will come out just like the theme.

Unfortunately for Leezbeth, last week I was stuck in Alice in Wonder-lala-land. Therefore, all her cupcakes photos taken by me were inspired by the fairy tale.

Sorry Leez...

Mad. Mad Hatter.

Plenty of Fishes in the Tank

These are my new tenants and they are made out of rubber. Few times I had to control myself from frying them coz they looks so yummy. Like gummybears. But alas they are just puppets with strings on em

Peering Into My Own Lens

...and what do I see?

A drama that’s about to unfold?

A nuclear bomb about to explode?

An unwritten book?

A passion about to be ignited?

A tool about to be used?

A heart that’s about to be touched?

Or… simply just bored out of my mind…

When you are in love you can't fall asleep because reality is better than your dreams ~ Dr. Seuss

Look Up!

Twinkle, twinkle big gigantic tree... By the way, I love the color green (aside from white, pink, black and yeah well, a long list of colors. Might as well just admit that I don't have preferences much. I love all colors. And it depends on my mood)

Hectic!

When in large crowded area, my senses go haywire.

I look but I don’t see. I hear but I don’t listen. I touch but I don’t feel.

And I absorb people’s energy easily. Too much energy exhausts me.

Too many people in one place, too much for me to handle. Spare me.

I opt for a peaceful and spacey surrounding as so I can breathe and live easily without throwing my inner demon in your face. And you won’t like meeting that demon. She throws one hell of a mean tantrum.

You Know...

...too much sun can turn me into a mean, green, ugly being! I am convince more than ever than I was born in a wrong climate. Or should've been a frog or a slimmy creature that lives under a cold, damp rock. Hmph!

I'm Watching You...

...with a smile on my face. Watching you watching me and I'm watching back.

Don't Worry... Everything Works Out Great

'...and maybe, just maybe, her heart needed to be broken. Broken and shattered and stomped into pieces. Then she could finally look down at the pieces, study each one and spend time getting to know the person she'd become. And when she finally had all the pieces back together again, a little crooked, a little jumbled but sealed firmly with love, she'd realized she was more beautiful than ever. Because this time, she would love herself.' ~Unknown

Once Upon A Time...

... there was an old man who wanted to visit his daughter in another village. To reach there, he has to walk through a thick, dangerous jungle with many robbers, thieves and wild animals.

Since the journey will take him about 2 days, he prepared all the necessary and before he left, he bade everyone in his village goodbye.

The first day went well. He managed to reach the middle of the jungle safely.
On the second day however, out of a sudden and from out of nowhere, an arrow was shot and pierced the old man’s shoulder.

The old man fell and as he was writhing in pain, he cried, “Help! Help! I’m injured! Help! Help!” but no one came to his rescue.

After many hours of crying, a young man who happened to cross the jungle heard the old man. He rushed over and saw the old man on the ground, holding the arrow on his bleeding shoulder.

“What happen? What happen?”, asked the young man.

“An arrow came out of nowhere hit me on my shoulder! I didn’t see who and where was it from! Do you know?”, said the old man.

“No, I don’t. I just happened to pass by and heard your voice. Hold on. I will pull the arrow out!” said the young man.

Before the young man can reach the arrow, the old man grabbed the young man’s arm and said, “No! No! First you have to tell me who shot this arrow!”

The young man said, “I don’t know! I didn’t see anyone! Now let me pull this arrow out!”

“No! No! No! You have to tell me who shot me! I want to know why I was shot! Why is this happening to me? What did I do wrong? I’m innocent! What did I do to deserve this?”, cried the old man.

The young man again tried to pull the arrow out but the old man still keep insisting on wanting to know whom and why shot the arrow.

Many hours after that, the old man died, with the arrow still pieced on his shoulder.

Now boys and girls, can you tell me what’s the hidden lesson in this story? ☻

Kampung House, Rainforest Kidzworld, Singapore

There is a “Kampung House” inside Rainforest Kidzworld and I ventured inside thinking it was an indoor zoo for spiders and such.

Hoboy, was I wrong! Suffice to say, I had the creepiest time ever venturing by myself in the "house"

I saw this uncle sitting down using the type writer. At first, I thought that he was real but turns out he's a wax dummy! Freaky okay!

Okay, maybe he's not an uncle... maybe he's a woman. Who can tell? Scary!

After snapping few photos of the old guy, I turned to my left and almost swallowed my own tongue. Old lady sitting alone at a living room? Hoi! Damn eerie much!

I can imagine her cackling at me... with a broomstick in hand... *shudder*

Then I saw this old guy apparently trying to kill some reptiles. He's not that creepy ^^

Until I saw this lady!!! Arrrghhh!!! So real yet so waxy!

I officially will never ever want to go to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum

Gramma all alone.... *goosebumps*

THEN! Then I stumbled upon this bedroom with THIS FREAKY CREEPY KID ON THE BED WITH HIS HEAD BEND DOWN!!! WTF!!!!

He's scratching his leg coz some bed bugs bite em. I actually had to stiffle my startled scream when I first saw him

Scratch away my dear... scratch away. Must be really itchy...

One last look at creepy family of the Kampung House. Tada!
