UDANG GALAH (Fresh Water Prawn) !!!
I reached home and straightaway cook it and 10 minutes later:
Udang Galah Masak Lemak Cili Api
My prawn look so relax. It even crossed its arms while smiling up at me. My broth must be so warm and cosy for it to chill like that.
It was simply délicieux!
The prawns are so happy dancing in my stomach.
Fully sated.
